- Training: The training that you follow. Are you getting good advice, great information, and help when you need it?
Lets break that down: If you are working diligently, putting in the effort and the hours, and being consistent then the only reason you are having struggles in network marketing is within the training that you follow. If your network marketing business is not seeing steady growth ( I'm not talking about leaps and bounds) and you are implementing the advice given to you; then the training that you are getting is ineffective and lacks leverage.

This means you have to rely on your upline or sponsor. Most people who join an MLM company will follow the advice of their sponsor and, sad but true, the majority of distributors do not have success. If you are lucky and have a sponsor who is up to date and active with their downline then you have a winner. Why Independent training? Typically you are taught in network marketing to get out there and hit the pavement. Talk to more people. Don't come home until you've talked to 30 people, wear your pin, hang flyer's on car windshields, have a grand opening, etc., etc. Their approach is based on face to face confrontation and using the phone to contact leads that you are encouraged to purchase from them or a recommended source.
This is called prospecting. What they fail to teach you is how to position yourself in such a way that pre-qualified prospects seek you out because they want to hear more of what you have to say or offer.
One of the reasons you are experiencing struggles in network marketing is because you are not being taught the right skills and marketing techniques. Skills that position you as a professional to attract quality prospects to you so you can help them get what they want.
Instead you are being taught sneaky sales tactics to lure potential customers or prospects into possibly being interested in your offer and then they take it a step further and prepare you for the big NO. The rejection.
Sit back and think about this for a minute. When you were being prospected into doing business with your network marketing company what was the sales pitch? What carrot did they dangle in front of you? How were you lured into signing up?

You don't need to struggle in network marketing as long as the product, service, or opportunity is really good. And it should be if you are using it as your source of income. When you learn how to position yourself so prospects come to you when the time is right for them; there will be no need to ever prospect people into your business. No names lists, no flyer's, no surveys at the mall.
Independent training will teach you how to position yourself in the marketplace by educating you on the necessary skills and core fundamentals of real business marketing.
